Its a new year and Poor Angus is celebrating with many new things:  come to one of our upcoming January shows to hear plenty of new music, PLUS something else new that you can only learn about if you come see is live!

We are already hard at work booking shows for the spring and summer, and our fans can anticipate lots of announcements in the coming months.

First, join us in Hamilton at The Pearl Company for a hometown show in this one of a kind space on Sept. 8th at 8:00pm.  Check out The Pearl Company Website for tickets and more information.  Next, its off to the Trenton Scottish Irish Festival on Sept. 9th-10th where we will be playing along with the Mudmen.

 Poor Angus is ready for a slew of summer shows.  If you live in Kincardine, Detroit, Uxbridge, Toronto, Trenton, or anywhere within driving distance, why not come join us at one of the festivals or events on our summer tour?  Next up is the St. Andrew's Society of Detroit  Highland Games in Livonia, Michigan.  Along with Poor Angus, catch The Kreellers, The Rogues, and Carl Peterson.

 We're playing The Spoke at the University of Western Ontario for their "Tour de Frost" launch party.  This week-long event pits teams of students against each other in feats of the mind and body, all to see who will win the Tour de Frost cup and the grand prize.  We look forward to heading back to school for some re-education ourselves.  

Also, stay tuned as we announce more shows for summer, and very importantly, our shows for St. Paddy's week.  Its going to be a blast!
